I was diognised last year with M E,chronic fatigue syndrome and currently run 7 minutes with 3 minutes walking repeated three times 3 times weekly, when my condition permits. Any advice on training

Living in North, London England. I live day to day with M.E (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome or CFS for short). I'm also Vegan and find that a Vegan diet has helped me deal with this illness

but feel fatigue, knee pain, thigh strain, lower back pain which varies each day, race times are a lot slower during 2010.

an Interval Training Programme I'm loving it and running further than I though I ever would! Main problems are food and mental fatigue! Need to think more positively!

im darryl stoker im 6ft1,average build and have started enjoying running with help from a friend,im looking to trim and tone but suffer from food intolorances which cause me to feel fatigued and ill

Trying to stay fit after suffering from ME (chronic fatigue) brought on by glandular fever and then having a disc removed from my spine!!! Running has been a challenge for me but I really love it now

Just starting walking and running due to diabolical fitness level, high blood pressure and being overweight. Also over the last year and a half I have suffered with chronic fatigue, glandular fever
