35yrs old.Trying my best to enjoy my running but I do seem to suffer afterwards with fatigue.

Living in North, London England. I live day to day with M.E (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome or CFS for short). I'm also Vegan and find that a Vegan diet has helped me deal with this illness
