I only wish that I could spend more time running, but you know how it is.......flu, work, ice, and any other pathetic excuse I can think of!

Have been running seven weeks, but week of with flu, hoping to get fit for Nos Galan in a few weeks, first race.

I just ran the Hastings Half Marathon aftr training since November and had a hard race. I think it was because I had had flu the weekend before and was coming back from a groin strain.

Have managed to get in to Flora London Marathon, much to my disbelief but training has been patchy as I had 'that flu' over christmas and now I have ankle pain as I am ramping up my training

MIDLANDS NOT FOR ME...SO MOVING HOME... was in great north this year, really disapointed as got swine flu, then a very bad chest infection....(resulting as being diagnosed with asthma!) so couldnt

with severe flu. After that things went downhill as I started a new job. Started training in May 07 for the 07 GNR. Did the GNR in 2hrs 57 min. Things went downhill after that and have just come back to running
