If anyone has any running tips, either training or gear, i've just started running after previously only doing it in sports, but am looking to get very good and am willing to put the time and energy
I'm looking to enter my first 5k or 10k race quite soon as I've registered to enter the Glasgow half marathon in September and want to find a schedule that will gear me up for that event

I am 39 I have been running on and off for 4 years, have done a couple of 5k and 10k races for cancer research. I now what to notch it up a gear and am training to a half marathon by the end of April

and get my a*se in gear........so the plan is Ironman in 2013 with the remainder of 2011 and hopefully most of 2012 getting myself ready.....

I have ran on and off for a year, but feel if I will ever reach my goal of running the London Marathon, Im going to have to get my bum in gear. I always need a little encouragement and advice so
