took up running in 2008 due to drs advice about my asthma. Running has made me feel great. my work limits the time I have to run but I have had enough time to train for GNR 2009 and GEAR 2009/2010

I'm new to running and I'm enjoying the challenge. Its refreshing relieves stress. I prefer early morning jogging and will be trying to run for charity in july. I just need to get the right gear now
