Ive started running again after quite a long brake ,so im a little rusty both with the running and the latest running gear and training tips, HELP!
I run on my own with my i-pod, I like the freedom this gives me, with no hassles or messing about just get the gear on and go.....FREEDOM!

i tend to buy most of my running gear from decathlon sports in stocport has i have found it to be just as goo as names like ron hill addidas etc. and a lot cheaper.
took up running in 2008 due to drs advice about my asthma. Running has made me feel great. my work limits the time I have to run but I have had enough time to train for GNR 2009 and GEAR 2009/2010
An absolute beginner and aiming to get fit and build up some stamina and ultimately run long distance. Somewhat baffled by the choice of proper running gear but will get there I am sure ! All in all
Everything geared to running sub 2:55 hr marathon.Achieved sub-3 in FLM2007 - 2:58:59.Now looking to break 37 for 10k, 60 for 10miles and 80 for 1/2 mar.

I'm new to running and I'm enjoying the challenge. Its refreshing relieves stress. I prefer early morning jogging and will be trying to run for charity in july. I just need to get the right gear now
