I dislike road running but see it as a necessary evil, give me grass, mud, rivers, tracks and hills any day of the week. Jog on.

I've just quit smoking and I've found that running 4 or 5 times a week helps. As I work offshore then I train mostly on a treadmill, but I do enjoy grass/woodland when I get the chance.
