Started Running and swimming last year and progressed through to doing the Great North Run and onto my first sprint triathlon in September. 2011 I am going to carry on with the Triathlon training up

I joined the site as I have recently been balloted for the Great North Run in Newcastle in September so need to get in shape and fast!! I use the gym and go swimming regularly but need to build up

i started running October 2005 after a friend of mine ran the great north run, i have run the sis woburn 10k run on 19th feb 2006 and have just run the silverstone flora london half marathon. i run 4

i love running distances, half marathons etc. i did last years great north run in 2 hrs 22 mins! not bad as i was a beginner!! I'm doing a half marathon in blackpool in april, and the gnr again

Run, Walk, Swim, Circuit train, aquarunning, canoe and cycle but have serious weight issues. I've done several Race for Lifes and the Great North Run 4 times although only run/walked it. PB is 2
