My first marathon was London 2009. I loved it. I ruptured my hamstring 3 weeks prior to the race so had to take it very easy, from 10miles it was very painfull. So I only manage a time of 3hrs54mins

I'm currently resting a hamstring injury. It's 2 weeks since I last ran. I've tried not to admit it, but I may be slowly going mad with missing running. What's a woman to do when she can't run off

hamstring issue at the moment.I am a married mum of two, full-time mum and fit training around family commitments.

I have been on and off running over the last 2 years, due to injuries, namely my blasted hamstrings. However, after reading an article in RW approx. 6-9 months back about a much reduced impact style

myself up for the Cardiff Half Marathon which will be my first ever half! Wish me luck! Training was going well but alas I'm having to give myself a break as I've strained my hamstring.

forever I took to running outdoors next stop was my first half marathon. After a hamstring injury last year caused by overtraining I've been learning to train hard but train smart.

IT IN 5HRS 50MINS.I PULLED MY HAMSTRING AT 16M AND WALKED/LIMPED THE REST.I DID DUBLIN THE SAME YEAR,STILL DID'NT TRAIN AS I SHOULD HAVE.DID 4HRS 35MINS.THEN I GOT THE 'RUNNING BUZZ' STARTED TRAINING MORE
