Seriously injured in 1998 tryed all types of exercise to improve my health. Started running 8 month ago. Best improvement so far. I AM 43 YEARS OF AGE.

Overweight and over 40 but did London Marathon last year and thinking I might do it again. I should do it for health reasons alone but time is prescious so deliberating.
