I am a person who works away from home and feel unable to join a running club, i would like to try racing in 1/2 M next year. I currently train with a heart rate monitor which is proving successful.

Relatively new to running although was a sprinter in my youth. Have found my training has been transformed since I got a heart rate monitor. Gone from really hard work and sometimes disappointing
