Want to do the running as ive mentioned,but the Half Marathon and Marathon ive still yet too do which is my ambition and too do it for Help for Heroes.

I run for roughly 20 - 30 minutes at 12.5 on the treadmill at my local gym 3 times a weekand and am about to do my first 10k run on the 17th May, which is the Heroes Run in Brighton.
