I am interested in finding out more about stretches that runners should do particulay for the hip bone muscle area and outer thigh band.
Ran my first marathon (FLM) in 2005 in 4:06 aim to get below 4hrs sometime in the next few years before my hips give out!
i had a hip replacement in 2003 and run because i can and couldnt before. I did the great north run and it is my biggest personal achievement.
I enjoy hill walking, eating far too many bad foods. I love films, computers, real music (not pop/rnb/hip-hop) and my 6 year old son.
Been injured since 13 May 05 - overzealous physio did hip manipulation and haven't been able to run since then in any particular meaningful way.
