I am interested in finding out more about stretches that runners should do particulay for the hip bone muscle area and outer thigh band.
Ran my first marathon (FLM) in 2005 in 4:06 aim to get below 4hrs sometime in the next few years before my hips give out!

Been injured since 13 May 05 - overzealous physio did hip manipulation and haven't been able to run since then in any particular meaningful way.
