I spent 6 years in the army but been out over 2 years now. Absolutely love running and also road cycling so my fitness schedule is a mixture ofboth. I use a HRM a lot as it helps track my progress

/run on an intermittent basis, sub 4:45 at my first marathon and only sub 6:00 in the next three are testament to that. What I want to do now is to improve my fitness and times in a more scientific (HRM training) way.

've recently joined a gym and invested in a new HRM.One of my biggest problems is that I have a strong passion for golf now, and need to over come my injury!!
