I spent 6 years in the army but been out over 2 years now. Absolutely love running and also road cycling so my fitness schedule is a mixture ofboth. I use a HRM a lot as it helps track my progress

/run on an intermittent basis, sub 4:45 at my first marathon and only sub 6:00 in the next three are testament to that. What I want to do now is to improve my fitness and times in a more scientific (HRM training) way.

, now do gym classes twice aweek and really felt now is the time before really get too old. Boys bought me a HRM (when I can find someone to help how to use it to train with) to help me and stop wife

three stone in the last 2 months through diet (no beer)and running. My old HRM has been of real benefit for weight loss and is forcing me to train slowly. I would like to join a club but they seem few

I live in the countryside and do all my training on my own with the help of my HRM. I enjoy my rural surroundings and tend to meet up with Badgers, Fox, Hares. Rabbits, Phesants and Cows.I try do

've recently joined a gym and invested in a new HRM.One of my biggest problems is that I have a strong passion for golf now, and need to over come my injury!!
