Looking to increase number, intensity and distance of runs
I would like to get up to a half marathon and increase my weekly running mileage but need advice on injuries and how I should increase the distance safely
Although I am really a beginner, I feel something to train for would increase my motivation. The commitment to raise funds is also a great incentive to increase my performance.
