Happy to run with anyone and have reasonably good pace. Ideally would like experienced runner to assist with interval and speed sessions!

I run short distances (3-5 miles) for overall general fitness, plus do sprint sets and interval training to help improve aerobic and anerobic performance for kickboxing.
