I have a Love-Hate relationship with running because I suffer from ITBS and shin splints so the amount of running I can do is sometimes limited and very frustrating (and expensive!).

I started running last July got up to 6 miles by October but suffered from ITB syndrome and stopped also due to pressure of work. Am now committed to starting again lost 1 stone since Xmas careful

I had planned to run the FLM for my mother who's been diagnosed with a terminal lung disease...unfortunately I suffered a severe injury - ITB - and had to pull out.Planning now for 2007 though so

New runner, 46.Hastings 2012 half marathon in 1:28:56VLM 2012 in 3:14:27Not many races - 4 hms, 3 xc, 2 informal 5ks, 1 5mile (which gave me ITBS) and 1 marathon
