I suffer from outside knee and hip joint pain during running
my other sports is roller blading.very use full if suffering joint injuryafter a hard race.

Serious athlete until age 26, then joint problems due to high impact training. Re-started running last year after life threatening illness, joint problems less significant now. Would like to get back
Have started running to keep myself fit, as well as being able to take part in events in the future. Enjoy trail races, easier on the joints !!

I used to do more running but have turned most of my attentions to cycling these days as it causes less stress on the joints.
