result, I decided to have a break from running for a couple of months to let my legs recover.26/05/2011 update: My break for a couple of months unfortunately lasted for 5 years!!! Now I'm back out running

only, because my legs cannot take running every day (they get too tired and sprained). My best times in 2006 were Shinfield 10k 39:38; Fleet 10k 40:11; Eynsham 10k 39:03 & Andy Reading 10k (Bicester) 38

Jan 2004.Just read through the above, seems like a age since I wrote it!, getting back to my old paces again now (6 min miling) legs are much stronger and other than a bit of a problem with a shin
