Been running on and off for a long time but decided to crank it up in the last few months.
I am just starting walking/running and have a long way to go (literally)!
Currently training for marathons and track and field long-distance running events for the first time.

am just starting out running a a long break from it.
would like to race but not sure how to sign up for one,as not been running that long.
