have run for wales 8 times over 100km. In May of 2007 i broke my neck & had vertibrys 5&6 removed it has took me a long time but i am now back running at 8 min per mile pace,i am also going to try

in staying with him.Mr David Gardner is 67 and thankfully i can runalongside him.He just recently won the World Long course Duathlon title in Austrailia and holds the current European title aswell

I try to run about 8-10 miles a day 4-5 days a week and do weight training on top of that upper and lower body well after 4 children things start heading south. Just when the running goes a dream

getting back into my running after a realy long spell out whith tendon problems in my right ankle. Its amazing how much a injury can cost isn`t it! but its good to be back, even if I have to waer orthotics

i do the winter and summer toughguy each year along with 1/2 marathon , novice triathlon and the british 10kthese events all happen from Jan to Julyso Aug to Dec is lazy timeall other running
