Iwant to get down to fourteen stone, but at the moment am struggling to hit fifteen, and this with a low fat diet ...Maybe running more can help me bring it down.

I have lost 4 stone through eating low fat food and walking to and from work (45 mins each way), and am getting to the point where i want to eat loads again. I want to start running to get fitter
