I'm a keen runner and my goal is to crack 3 hours for a marathon before I am too old - I am 55.
I enjoy running; just getting outdoors after work or early in the morning. My goal is run the London Marathon. Particularly, enjoy running off road as the sun is going down!

After starting so well and completing my goal of a half-marathon in Nov 2004. This year has been shocking no motivation and no training and all the weight has gone back on!
