I have set myself a 'goal' of running the London & New York marathons in under 4 hours by my 40th Birthday. Wish me luck!

After starting so well and completing my goal of a half-marathon in Nov 2004. This year has been shocking no motivation and no training and all the weight has gone back on!

I live in Switzerland but, being English and frequently in the UK, train and participate in events in both England and Switzerland. My goal is to run an official marathon in less than three hours.
