I'm been training for the last few month in hope of getting a place in the London Marathon. Anyone who any tips on nutrition and food to eat while training would be good.

I have run the London Marathon back in '99 (3h 55m). I started back in January of this year with a goal of trying to compleat the 2007 London Marathon in under 3h 30m. if anyone has any tips

Completed my first half marathon in October running the London marathon for macmillan real nervous not sure what I have let myself in for training so far so good had a couple of injury niggles just

I have done 5 London marathons. This year I did 3 hours 11 mins just training by myself. I would love to get proper advice about training and nutrition as I would love to compete with the elite next
