Ran my first marathon, London in the heat and just managed to beat my target of 4 hours. All thanks to the RW schedule.

I am new to running, I'm eight weeks into a training schedule for a marathon, the Snowdonia Marathon. I am more into cycling than running but hey ho on we go, just want to complete the full distance

Just took up running a few weeks ago and I can't get enough! I'm using a half-marathon training schedule, so I may as well run a half-marathon!
