Currently following the training schedule in RW for the "Perfect 10K" and after 16th Oct 04 will be following the half marathon training schedule.

I am new to running, I'm eight weeks into a training schedule for a marathon, the Snowdonia Marathon. I am more into cycling than running but hey ho on we go, just want to complete the full distance
Just took up running a few weeks ago and I can't get enough! I'm using a half-marathon training schedule, so I may as well run a half-marathon!
