I work offshore so alot of my training is on the tread mill, my MP3 player is a real friend.

I like listening to loud music when I'm running on my mp3 player. Best invention ever, along with sweat bands.

I've been running for a year now. Competed in first 1/2 Marathon with time of 1:41. Quite happy and enjoying running. Thank God for MP3 players !!

south london man 44 years oldwould love to hear from people that woold like to consider training together - it can get lonely on the open road with the sweet in the mp3 player all the time

i really used to hate running until i bought a mp3player and boy it has made running enjoyable, i love getting up and running early in the morning with some of my favorite tunes sure is refreshing. i

I do enjoy running whilst listening to my mp3 player, I usually put songs in order to get my acceleration in 2kms, 4km mark, those are 11th minute,20th minute marks. I want to see more people
