Started joggin to recover from broken leg and get fit but had back muscle problems so am using this as a push to get more comfortable jogging and improve my back muscles.
Raw beginner, ripped my left calf muscle first two times out. wont do it again !

The "other" is yoga, which I find helps hugely with muscle recovery and general fitness.
Problems with sore muscles for 4-5 days after any run out?
If only I can shake off the frequest solus muscle tears!!!
