Started joggin to recover from broken leg and get fit but had back muscle problems so am using this as a push to get more comfortable jogging and improve my back muscles.

The "other" is yoga, which I find helps hugely with muscle recovery and general fitness.

Love running but find it very hard at the moment, keep getting calf muscle strain.

How much weight have you shifted since taking up running?
