I ran the London Marathon in '07 and then didn't really carry on running despite loving it. Have made a new year resolution to get going again this year!

I am just starting out as my new years resolution for 2004. I ran for a club over ten years ago but have not trained since and am now three stone overweight.

My new years resolution is to start running, at the moment I am educating myself as best as I can in running, so hopefully I can stay motivated! Wish me luck!
