Fat bast who took up running Nov 2000 did my first 10K Sept 2002 46.59and did a triathlon in the same monthNow do 41 30 for 10k and 2hr 27 for olympic triathlon still getting quicker12 hour 10 for IM

to the elusive 3hr mark. i am also entered for the london triathlon in august(olympic distance)so hopefully my swimming training and subsequent stamina i hope to achieve will help me in my marathon attempt

and the race was great fun - no olympic records but a finish - and thats what counts. Have just got a place in NYCM 2005 running for Cystic Fibrosis
