I'm 51, never ran until last year.I ran the GSR last Sunday, I am due to run the GNR on the 21st Sep, trying to find out about Penguin's pace group. Anyone know how to get the details prior

I am running the marathon after years of promises and can't wait! I would like to run it in 3hrs 50mins and would like to run with the pace groups to help me get round!

I really enjoy my running. I find it great to run with a group or on my own.Did my first marathon in 2005 in a time of 3hrs 37mins. I do enjoy fast, short distance runs. Running gives me a sense

at and we have nothing but fun. The ages of runners ranges anywhere from 23 to 68. We pick a route and run in small groups all at different paces. We Love It.
