and be warm ?? Also if the Garret ? watch which recieves info from a satelite and can record your acutal distance ,time and pace etc ? are worth buying ?Cheers Chris

ago could not have been reached. Im just hoping my body works with me. I have a running partner which realy helps as I find I am not good at keeping a pace on my own and I run out of energy because

I had to stick to. Managed to complete the Marathon...really enjoyed it but ran at a snails pace of 5hrs43mins...which I managed without stopping other than to take on drinks. Felt fantastic running

place in this years (2003) Flora London marathon so I'm training for that. (I'm up to 2hrs 20mins running time at present (22-01-03)which at my pace is about 15-17 miles si I've a way to go yet!!! I

and pace. Ready to start into a schedule again now. Plan to use RW schedule. First marathon was Disney back in Jan 04. Did it in 3hr 54mon after having ran 30 straight miles 3 weeks prior to race. Bad move I

have run for wales 8 times over 100km. In May of 2007 i broke my neck & had vertibrys 5&6 removed it has took me a long time but i am now back running at 8 min per mile pace,i am also going to try
