I would love to run Paris Marathon next year (I am French) so will need some advice on the training needed to be able to get round the course without injuries or tears!

Help.... im a beginner and just entered the PARIS 06 marathon!! Im thinking i have bitten off more than i can chew, but hey.

Did my first marathon Paris 2006. Hit the wall at 20K but made it. Am training to complete in under 4 hours. Pressures of work are a problem.

Been running for a fair while now. Doing the Paris Marathon next year, mainly as a result peer pressure, but I suppose also for a bit of personal satisfaction.

I've got a place in London Marathon for 2009. This will be second Marathon (as I ran in Paris in 2008) but my first London Marathon and I'd like complete with a decent time.

I am currently registered and training for the Zurich Marathon 2010. My first and only other Marathon was Paris 2009. Part of my training plan will include some 10k, 10mile and half marathon events
