I have been running for about 10 years. I'm not the fastest runner, having sport induced asthma can make it difficult (I believe Paula Radcliffe also has SIA)

I'm a fun-loving, outdoor kinda girl new to this running melarchy. Am really enjoying feeling myself improve both speed and stamina...not to mention confidence. Paula Radcliffe, you'd best watch out?!

I love running......I'm not fast and I will never be a 'great runner' (I'm too short for that) but I will carry on doing at for as long as I enjoy it. PS: Paula Radcliffe's book is inspirational!
