through pregnancy. I went from doing a mile and a half in 8.47 to doing it in 21 mins!!!!!. Its taking a while but I'm slowly picking it up.

crash, then when we were fit again i got s.p.d through my pregnancy and ended up in a wheelchair so i had to learn to walk again which is why i am so determined to do the half marathon and one day do
