Have just broken my big right toe (ouch) so am unable to run at present. Want to sign up for a half marathon in the spring and get training just as soon as my toe is fixed!

I am busy mum of 3 and am presently taking 'time out' from work to spend time with children (4 12 and 15)- although been running over 3 years am a slow runner but always finish and never stop

I've run the London Marathon twice my best time being 3hrs 20mins. i am presently working on upping my weekly mileage and want to better my half marathon times.

did london marathon in 2005 plan to do it again 2010 will apply for 2009 at present starting from scratch again 30 minutes a day on tread mill building slowly but surely having put back on all

I am 68 years old and have been running for 55 years now. Over the years I have competed in events from 100 yards to 24 hour and 80 mile SDW runs. At present, I only compete in 10K and half marathons

I'm a 50 year old novice runner, I started running to get fit and lose weight. My original sport was cycle racing but I work in Saudi Arabia and the present political climate makes me a tad nervous
