AT PRESENT INJURED. NIGGLING PAIN IN MY KNEE WHICH HAS BEEN RESTED FOR A FEW MONTHS BUT WONT GO AWAY
Only recently started running and am presently in Training for the 2005 London Marathon having never before ran more than 5 miles!
