I've decided to get more serious about running - Not Forrest Gump Stylie but I want to do some Mararthons and atleast one event a month if poss. Q is should I join a local running club or just plod on :)

I'VE RAN 10 MARATHONS,AND I'M CURRENTLY IN TRAINING,FOR THE NEW YORK MARATHON.TRAININGS GOING WELL SO FAR,(TOUCH WOOD)!!!.I HAVE A SPORTS MASSAGE EVERY MONTH,IT REALLY HELPS.I INCLUDED SPEED WORK
