Lost almost 50lb in the past 6 months.. ran 2 5k's this year first race 33.12 second race 29.01...my goal is to get my time down to 20 minutes for a 5k...up to 4 miles a day 4-5 days a week.

Doing my first race since school days next sunday, doing the MK half marathon. Unfortunately very badly timed with an infected ankle, hope it's better before then but will run on regardless
