Ive just bought my self CREATINE SERUM RUNNERS ADVANTAGE to see if its improves my performance any useful advice on how to use it, ie only on for race day or for speed training as well.

never ran beyond 10 miles, averaging about 3.5miles every other day, done a 10k race for the first time a few months back @ 51mins, and decided to train up for the torbay half marathon in june...
