Not into races anymore - got sick of the 'end gaining' but still happy to train others who wish to!! LOVE mixing in Pilates, Aerobics, and other cross trainig and anti dotes (good red wine!) too...

Once mixed race numbers and was referred to as 'Helen' in final straight of 1/2 marathon much to mirth and amusement of fellow competitors and crowd. Also probably the only experienced PADI sports

:51:00 but was besiege with illness on the day, had to stop at 10mile, then was sick at 14 and 20, race plans out of the window! lost 40 mins at least! This is the road back!!
