I have been doing various sports for over 50 years . Rugby, Rowing, & Running ( track & X country ) were always my favourites. Running is the only sport I have been able to maintain throughout out

thought enough was enough and I went from about 17st to 11st in a year. I was very proud of myself, so much so I entered the GNR 2010, eek! Now 23, I'm happy with myself as I am fit and healthy and finished

and pace. Ready to start into a schedule again now. Plan to use RW schedule. First marathon was Disney back in Jan 04. Did it in 3hr 54mon after having ran 30 straight miles 3 weeks prior to race. Bad move I

constantly. I had hoped to run the Dublin marathon so I had a marathon time but my boyfriends emergency surgery 2 days before meant I had to cancel the trip. Unfortunately this means my most recent race time
