I am in training for the Edinburgh marathon on 25TH MAY for the guide dogs .training has been good until now injured my ankle not happy have to rest it .only 4 weeks to go HAPPY DAYS

i use to do a lot of sport, but due to lack of rest and stretching i have very sore legs and feet. would love to over come this but due to standing all day on my feet at work, i am having no success.

I'm a triathlete competing at Ironman distance. I train six days a week having 1 rest day! I have agreed to train with and support my husband Ian (who also races Ironman) for his next 'A' race

I enjoy my running and sport in general. Running is a wonderful way to isolate yourself from the 'rest of the world', you can bury yourself in deep thought and come home feeling fresh

i have two beautiful boys, they are 1 and 2 years old. Wonderful as they are i still need to have some "me" time.My husband thinks i am obsessive with my running,perhaps i am, i even hate rest days
