Walk before you can run... done the walking, lots of, time to run..
Just started this week- at the 5 min warm up run 1 minute- walk 2- run 1- walk 2- run/gasp 45 secs, walk 3, run 1, walk 5 stage.
I go kayaking as wellas running and walking
I run and train at circuits to keep fit for hill walking.
I love being out running or walking in the hills whatever the weather.
I enjoy running, walking and scuba diving
i mainly walk and ocassionally run
would like to start competetive walking/running
I run to keep fit and maintain weight my ambtion is to run the challenge walks (off road marathon length walks)which I currently mailnly walk
