Marathon pb this year of 2.40 off Runners World 3 runs a week training plan. Former 3rd place runner at London Marathon (for 2 minutes).

Just completed my 1st half marathon in 2.10. Religiously followed my runners world training programme which helped me complete the race comfortably.
