Member of Dulwich Runners....probably the best running club in the world. Run track for Herne Hill (also quite a good club!). Occassionally drink for England.
Just starting out - a few weeks into training from couch potato to a November 5K... using runners world training prog. of course!
I have just started running to get in shape. I am currently using the get started schedules I downloaded from the Runners World web site.
Not the best runner in the world but would like to start running in more adventurous environments. Ideally slipping into the Triathlon Arena.Plod On.P.S. The Rock Chick in the photo is my daughter.
I'm just a casual runner, but my goodness, I wouldn't replace it for anything. Its something I love to do, and it unites me with the world.
