Member of Dulwich Runners....probably the best running club in the world. Run track for Herne Hill (also quite a good club!). Occassionally drink for England.
Just starting out - a few weeks into training from couch potato to a November 5K... using runners world training prog. of course!
I have just started running to get in shape. I am currently using the get started schedules I downloaded from the Runners World web site.
