Started running a couple of months ago following the beginners book by Runners World. Finding it good so far, doing the run/walk thing. Trying to get fit and also de-stress.
Did the Great South Run in 2007 in 2 hours and signed up for Runners World straight after it. New Year resolution - do more running.
I like to mix my favourite hobbies being running and my mad dogs. I am not the best runner in the world but love the feeling you get during and after a long run.
Training for my first marathon in Anglesey in September. everyone i know thinks im crazy so i need runners World to remind me about WHY??????????
My partner has entered a number of races and has encouraged me to join runners world of which i look forward to participating in.

I have decided that before I hit 40 I want to run the London Marathon & have therefore joined RunnersWorld in the hope that it will provide me with info to help my preparations
I like the planning of running, the sweating, the aches, the ruddy weather, the buying of new trainers feeling and good, another edition of runners World has arrived !!
Nearly 50 and decided to run the london half marathon and want to run the full one once fit enough never been a runner so am following the runners world programme to get me to the half marathon stage
Have been a casual treadmill runner for last couple of years but work is a huge commitment during summer months. Need a goal - half marathon hopefully - hence interest in Runners World.
