Been a keen runner from the age of 18, started off on the treadmill then realised I could be quite good at this running malarky! Quite frequently running is my love! You cant beat a bit of open road
started with a beginners plan from runner's world on 06/02/06 and reached the 5min. mark and could not do any more started on the roads and can now run for 1hr Really enjoy the times i am on the road
my club has been a feature in runners world also we have been on tv as a example to the older person who wants to keep fit and prove you dont have to give up in later years
To be honest, in the perfect world I would rather cycle than run. But I am a better runner than a road cyclist and I have two dogs who need at least 7 miles run off road most days
