and seriously thinking of running NY Marathon...mental note to self head needs examining but in the meantime any constructive training, diet, supplement or clothing advice would be most appreciated! I was born

IT IN 5HRS 50MINS.I PULLED MY HAMSTRING AT 16M AND WALKED/LIMPED THE REST.I DID DUBLIN THE SAME YEAR,STILL DID'NT TRAIN AS I SHOULD HAVE.DID 4HRS 35MINS.THEN I GOT THE 'RUNNING BUZZ' STARTED TRAINING MORE
