I have been running since I was 11, im now 30.I competed in county chamionships (cross country mainly) when I was younger.I joined my local running club and ran competitively in League T&F until I was 18.Went to University and lost all interest in running till I was 21 when I started running again but I couldnt regain the passion for running that I had in my youth, however I did the 2000 FLM. In 2002 I made a resolution to get fit and loose weight, suprisingly Ive achieved both but more importantly I have the running bug again. I love running, I cant get enough of it. This year will be my 9th GNR. I also have 2 marathons to my credit, the FLM in 2000 and 2005My PB for half marathon is the GNR in 1992 when I ran 1:18 - I was only 16 years old.In 2000 I ran a poor 3:55 for the London Marathon - I didnt train enough and hit the wall at 20 mile.
