Have taken to sand dune running as part of my training recently. It has really added something to my speed - as well as the size of my thighs !!

Run in New Zealand through bush and snow capped mountains, past the roaring Waves on volcanic sand beaches and up and down volcanoes. It ain't London that's for sure but it could easily be Wales.

I run about three times a week around woodland trail and on the beach at Ainsdale Sands, Just trying to keep the Grim Reaper at bay and stay fit to stop the kids getting their inheritance too early

I haven't taken part in any races to date, but really want to run soon for my charities of choice, which are sands or tommys; my third baby was still born in dec 2008 and this is my inspiration
