that I can fit running more easily into my day-time schedule which I prefer to running at night - particularly in dark and dreary winter evenings.

london time and went under 4 hrs by following runners world sub 4 30 schedule Did duchy marathon 2006 Awful weather but managed yo do 4 20 Ran Amsterdam marathon in october 2006 Got under 4 hrs again

nothing could have prepared me for the last 6m so I'm happy with that. Did manage a 3:23:23 in 2005. Always encouraging others to run. Just about manage to fit a daily training schedule around my family.
